Your CV is stored only with your explicit consent and can be deleted at any time.

By accessing or using TalentAI ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including candidates, recruiters, and administrators.

Before uploading your CV, you must explicitly consent to the following terms. By checking the consent box during upload, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your CV file (PDF, DOCX, or TXT) will be securely stored on our cloud infrastructure (AWS S3) in encrypted form.
Your CV content may be read by our AI systems to generate contextual interview questions and to produce an AI-optimised version of your CV.
Your CV will be accessible to recruiters who have invited you to an interview on this platform, and only for the duration of the active recruitment process.
You may delete your stored CV at any time from your candidate dashboard. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your CV to third parties outside of the platform's core functionality without your additional explicit consent.
AI-rewritten versions of your CV are also stored under your account and are subject to the same deletion rights.
We retain CV data for a maximum of 24 months of account inactivity, after which it is automatically purged.
During AI voice interview sessions, your microphone audio is recorded, uploaded to our secure storage, and processed using OpenAI Whisper for speech-to-text transcription. By starting an interview session, you consent to this recording and processing. Specifically:

All platform content, branding, AI models, and software are the intellectual property of TalentAI. You retain ownership of your CV and any original content you upload. By uploading content, you grant TalentAI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

All payments are processed securely. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no interviews have been conducted.
TalentAI provides AI-generated scores and feedback for informational purposes only. These scores do not constitute professional hiring decisions and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions. We are not liable for any hiring outcomes, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of AI-generated assessments.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data, CVs, and interview recordings will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
