Refund Policy

At TalentAI, we stand behind the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process subject to the conditions described below.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund if our service does not meet your expectations, provided the request is made within the eligibility window and the conditions below are satisfied.

Our guarantee covers both the Candidate Plan (one-time interview credit purchase) and the Recruiter Plan (monthly subscription).

2. Eligibility & Time Window

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must apply:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • You have used no more than one (1) AI interview session from a Candidate credit pack.
  • You have not downloaded or exported a rewritten CV generated by the platform.
  • For Recruiter Plans: you have not accessed the Candidate Ranking or Candidate Report features during the billing period.
  • The request is submitted by the account holder who made the original purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
Accounts where all interview credits have been used.
Purchases made using a promotional discount code of 50% or more.
Refunds requested more than once per account within any 12-month period.
Cases where a chargeback has already been initiated with your bank or card issuer.
Recruiter Plans where the subscription has been active for more than 7 days in the current billing cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Account Email].
  2. Include your order/invoice number (found in your Billing History page or the payment confirmation email).
  3. Briefly describe why the service did not meet your expectations. This helps us improve.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Subscription Cancellations (Recruiter Plan)

You may cancel your Recruiter subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will retain access to all Recruiter features until the end of the current paid billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. To request a refund for the current period, please follow the process in Section 4 above within the 7-day eligibility window.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
